Hey Chris,

Great points! I did ask some same questions across the board, but I was also asking them questions based on their resume and experience. We chose based on overall best answers, experience and fit.

All great points Shama. I don't know if things have changed since I did hiring interviews, but you should be asking the same questions in the same structured format.

If you hire one person over another and didn't follow the format, you can be in for legal trouble if the the person that did not get hired says you discriminated against them in your hiring process.

For example, how could you have chosen someone else if the interviews are different? You must not have hired them because or race, weight, age, etc.

Be careful. Consulting a labor law attorney may be a good idea.
